Madrono Capital advises institutional investors on real estate and other private market investments. Projects range from ground up new construction to existing income generating buildings, including residential, industrial and commercial projects. Madrono works with proven operators in growth markets throughout the United States.
Madrono sources transactions through its network of developers and investors, analyzes opportunities, performs all due diligence and financial modeling, executes the transactions, and manages and monitors the ongoing projects.

Todd has a diverse background in finance, real estate, and operations. He is also the Chief Operating Officer of leading architecture and construction company, Marmol Radziner, where he oversees finance, accounting, legal, business operations and leads the efforts for the company’s real estate development activities.
Previously, Todd was a partner of venture capital firm Anthem Venture Partners, an early stage investor in technology companies. Todd started his career as an engineer at Chrysler Corporation. He has also launched and developed a successful restaurant in Los Angeles.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University, and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California Los Angeles.
